When I was talking with Canie about reinstating my account, I decided to myself that I would try to avoid talking to you in order to avoid any conflicts. I figured eventually I might have something to say but that when that time came I would try to make it as cordial as possible.

Seems the time came quickly, and I find myself struggling to say it nicely. At least I find it easy to honor Canie's wishes about my word selections.

It is the height of arrogance for you to dictate to others on this forum what they can or cannot talk about and to whom they can respond. It is NOT your forum. It is Canie's. It is up to her to decide what can and cannot be posted, and who can post. It matters not what part you played in the creation of this forum, if any. You are not currently in any way that I am aware in any sort of control.

To be very direct, if you don't like the idea of anyone (such as Chris or even myself) replying to your messages here, then I kindly suggest that you stop posting them here.

I'm sorry if you can't handle the criticisms. I would agree if your complaints were about vile personal attacks on you. Maybe you feel that some of my comments in the past to you were exactly that. You might even consider this posting exactly that.

But Chris and others have been nothing but polite and reserved even when they've been very critical of you, and for you to demand they that ignore you is very self righteous and self centered. I also feel it's an insult to Canie.

You are very much entitled to your opinions, and you are very much entitled to express them. But so are we.

I'm sorry if anyone is bothered by my comments here. Maybe some are thinking, "Oh great, here we go again!" or "Why was HE allowed back on?" It was not my intent to rejoin this forum with a bang. But seeing yet again these demands to be allowed to post but be immune from reply disgust me, and I feel they should not go unchallenged.

I'd much rather discuss something else...
