The 12:53:00 EM Signal was unusually strong.

A formal earthquake warning is now being circulated by E-mail and posted to Internet Newsgroups.

TIME - When strong EM Signals are detected, there is very roughly a 50% chance that there will be some powerful and perhaps significant earthquake activity within a few days. The other 50% of the time the signals are likely pointing to an earthquake that could be weeks or even months away.

MAGNITUDE - If this expected earthquake were to occur on the U.S. West Coast its magnitude would probably be in the 6.0 and above range. Occurring elsewhere it would probably be in the 6.5 and above range.

LOCATION – The following Chart and Map are the latest forecast data stored on my Data.html Web page. They will probably be updated some time today. And the Charts and Maps will change in the future as new updates are stored at the site.

Where peaks appear at some longitude on recent Time Window Lines on the Chart it can be an indicator that significant seismic activity could be approaching for some fault zone along that longitude line.

The plus signs (+) on the Map show the locations of the earthquakes used to prepare the Chart. Their longitudes are significant but their latitudes might not be. This has to do with the way that the Etdprog.exe earthquake forecasting program does its calculations.
