Restating my position, 400 ppm of CO-2 is a significant part of global
temperature change but not the primary cause. Its probably
at least 3rd or 4th on the list. And yes we need to control the
CO-2 released into the atmosphere.

I post these dissenting scientist views to show that some of the
qualified science community has not bought the prevailing majority
consensus.
