Station fire close ot Mt Wilson

The Station fire is getting very close to Mount Wilson.

For those who do not live here, it's a very important mountain top being home to the antenna's of nearly 2 dozen radio and TV stations for Los Angeles.

It is also home to the Mount Wilson Observatory.

Local news is reporting the mountain may be over run tonight.

There is a webcam on one of the astronomical towers that is currently pointed towards the antenna farm, which updates approx every two minutes.

I wrote a quick & dirty program to save the images from the webcam page, although I just now noticed it was not running just now...ARGH!! But the cam is still up and running, and possibly may show the fire as it approaches and moves through provided the cam stays up and running.
