College finals? You have my sympathy! What's your major?

For the regions, I think what's needed is the ability to select a place name or location and see a plot of both continental/state outlines so the user can see the differences. I can do this (I think!) but only as a DOS program such as I sent you. Like the cleaning lady, "I don't do Windows".

Can this work on a web site?

Would anyone actually want it?

Would we even allow it as a predictive method?
