Hi All. It seems to me that if the person making the prediction were serious he/she would take the time to find the location by Lat/Long. There are a number of good sites that give all kinds of information as to how to find the Lat./Long. of various cities.

Here is one that I use most of the time. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
