Thanks, Mike. You wanted pith; you got pith. You want more pith, that can be arranged. First, I have to write the mother. Life has intervened in the form of three little girls from Asia who joined our family from 1996 to 2001. The youngest is about to turn 12, which does free me up somewhat. The middle child has her own car, so that really frees me up, as I can bribe her with gas money to cart little one around. So I should have no excuses, eh? Funny, though, how they are lurking around every corner.

I do have 150 pages of a project underway that I put on hold last fall. I can never write when the sun goes away. Have to do other things during winter; I live for spring. So we shall see if my creative juices return on schedule.
