Lowell; No, I can't say what papers he's quoting. It usually happens when he's trying to dispute one of my criticisms. He comes back with a lengthy post citing you or Fergus Wood or just about anyone who ever said anything favorable about tidal triggering. But he did post all his primnary windows and assuming his post was accurate, he's only 35% accurate (more or less). His standard window is -1 to +7 days from new or full moon and he switches between them for reasons only he understands, based on tide height at San Francisco and the number of missing pet ads in various newspapers. And people pay him to read about it.
