Martin is trying to hack his way in to make a remark about this whole subject. Lets not get too snide about anyone. This board is welcome to predictors and it was my judgement call to not do any tracking at this time. Lets not bash him even though he's not here any more.

It seems no one can agree on a good way to really track the 'near misses' as far as I can tell. I wonder just what would happen if we took a few weather forecasters and tracked their predictions on a day to day basis... hmmm interesting thought.
