EQF; No, it's not that difficult. What you described is how it SHOULD work, not how it does work. In fact, if you watch your location on the chart you may see a peak get bigger and bigger but the quake may or may not happen. Or it may be a quake somewhere else on your longitude. Or not. So the charts are useless. The correlation is random.
