In our part of suburbia, hard to say if you would call it a market drop or if sellers expectations outran reality. Lots of prices are being lowered, but maybe they were set too high and the actual selling price is not lower than last year. But, for a house with a few problems like ours, the possible selling price is probably lower than last year. Our trick will be to be able to move back to the NE when we retire.....
