For a period of no less than 24 hours you refused to declare whether or not you thought I was of poor mental health, therefore insinuating that I was. I am a public figure, now known around the world and thus you have defamed my character and slandered me in a public place.

I am willing to accept the public apology in lieu of suing you. I urge you to do so as soon as possible. I would have asked you to do this private, however, you have blocked my e-mails.

The management of this board has perpetuated this situation in allowing it to remain so and therefore bears responsibility for this activity, therefore also liable under the law.
