You are not elgible to sue in this situation. Cathryn has not implicated you and even if she had its her right of speech. If you move forward with this, nobody is going to hear your case. You need hours upon hours of depositions before moving forward with a jury our our peers. And either way, over an ambiguous abstract and your response? This would never even be appropriate for a small claims situation.
