Glad to hear you're home and "ok".

You've been working awfully hard lately. I wouldn't be surprised if it all just caught up to you. But you better get yourself checked out and make sure it's not something more serious.

You might want to rethink that race until you are 100% there's no problems. A retired sheriff died of a heart attack in the LA Marathon the other week.

Take care of yourself. All else can wait.
