Lowell, I don't know if you saw the discussion here a while ago regarding GeoForcasters not being allowed to make predictions in California. What we were trying to determine is what laws were used or interpreted to force you guys out. Even though I'm generally a quake prediction debunker, I'm very curious about this situation. It strikes me as "totally bogus". Can you shed any light on this? If not, I understand.
