And yes, I see your point about it being difficult to say in the strict sense that Jim makes actual quake predictions and actually charges money for them.

BTW, you also can't threaten the President. If you happen to rhetorically say about some thug on the street, "the guy should be shot", who cares? Say that in reference to the President and you've got the SS getting medieval on your heinie.
