Jim has one primary window per month (roughly) which is his published prediction. He gets a particular score with them in terms of quakes captured or number of correct predictions.

I've shown I can do just about as good with randomly chosen windows.

That proves Jim has no special skill. It's all just luck.

My detailed study will be published in Skeptical Inquirer magazine. Don't know when yet.
