Re: Where's the Ark? |
This is the worst storm in the 21.5 years I've lived here. Woke me (wearing ear plugs) at 4:00 am and I haven't gotten back to sleep since. A tree I planted 13 years ago snapped at its base. Rain is overflowing 14" buckets near our driveway. We live on a mountain top with a valley view to the ocean. Problem is that any storm coming from the sea is channelled up the valley and smack dab at us. For several hours we had no power. It came back on just in time to defrost a bagel. I agree with Cal and Petra. This is going to be one for the books.
