" Yea, at some point in time there will also be 8.0 earthquakes in Kamschatka, the Kuriles, Cascadia, California, Mexico, the Mediterranean, India, Indonesia and New Zealand (and probably other places besides). 100% accuracy guaranteed!
... but wait a minute ... Australia? It is tectonically improbable for an 8.0 to strike there, to put it mildly. Or does "some point in time" extend for, say, the next ten million years, in which case the tectonic conditions may alter a bit? Sorry, Pat - couldn't resist it!
