I must agree with Petra on this. Each predictor is looking at something different. If it is limited to 7 days, then I won't make any further opinions about the Aleutian Islands here. Those swarm build ups can take a month, and then things can get highly dynamic. I think I am within a year of nailing the swarms, but there are different kinds of swarm activity there. The key word is "dynamic". To suit this audience, I will provide obsevations first, and then make a percentage prediction. It will all be observable by anybody, and I will always be open to corrections and comments.
