I also find it interesting that 'earthquake weather' is different between southern california and northern california. We (Southern California) tend to think nice sunny, hot santa ana conditions prevail when quakes hit.. not so in Northern California.

I'm sure it's all coincidence.. I get a bit suspicious myself if there's no 'fauna' noise going on - birds silent, bugs silent.. with the feel of quiet in the air... but I'm sure that's not really much to go on either..
