Angle, time, and shift -- definitions? |
Shan, "Location of the quake and magnitude are arriving out of the angle of deviation, time of deviation and shift of deviation." By "time" do you mean duration or the time it starts? Can you define these more clearly? (or maybe Chris or someone pop in and do so if they understand it, or even mention if they do not) Thanks.
