Hi All,

Well, I'm on the bench. You've heard of that expression, "I've got one nerve left and you're on it?" I'm there. I was supposed to go camping next weekend with my Kiwanis group, that's forty men and two women. So now my girlfriend has to go alone. Poor dear. No north woods for me. No Don dragging me out my house to bumpy back roads. Nope. I'm grounded. After two car accidents its seems my nerves aren't ready for anymore, so its time to rest or be arrested and sent to the hospital. My legs have been on a perpetual itch for weeks and this week I got the flu shot and broke out in hives. Ooooo.

I was thinking of Snow White and seven dwarfs. You know, Doc, Happy, Sleepy, Grumpy, Mashful, Dopey and Sneezy. All out there in the woods having a wonderful time together. Oh well, there's always next season.

Speaking of the next season, since I won't be attending the AGU this year, I came up with a great sign idea so people would think if me in my absence. Yeah, I know, they'll all be taking a cooperative sigh of relief.

How about a sign with a huge nose on it with a big red circle and a line across with these words: "No Mining Indoors."

At least there's nothing wrong with my funny bone.
