M3.2 on Hayward fault

There was just a 3.2 very close to Hayward fault opposite Oakland. Focal mechanism shows slightly oblique right-lateral on the NW-SE nodal plane (slight normal component). I guess Don will tell us how common these are....I don't think there's been a 3 on this part of the fault in a while, but I'll also guess they are not all that rare?
