the link below is a good one. From that link you can click on the graphic for "GPS network". They have stations in northern Sumatra, The Andaman Islands, and the Nicobar Islands. If they were not destroyed, they will give the motions. If they are continuous GPS and have communications links, then they have already given the motions. Check out the link to the Nature paper with pre-quake velocities.
