the link below is a good one. From that link you can click on the graphic for "GPS network". They have stations in northern Sumatra, The Andaman Islands, and the Nicobar Islands. If they were not destroyed, they will give the motions. If they are continuous GPS and have communications links, then they have already given the motions.

Claude Rangin is one of the main researchers. He also works on Marmara Sea, Turkey. His paper, like my 2003 abstract and 2000 Letter to GSA Today, says that there is widespread contraction in SE Marmara Sea...where almost everyone else thinks it is widespread extension.
