Absolutely, yes. Especially after a catastrophe of this magnitude, our tax payer money (most of which goes into that idiot Bush's war machine--175 million per day) is being spent very, very wisely here and wherever you post. I imagine 175 million could outfit a lot of potentially dangerous areas with continuous GPS monitoring.
