Petra I don't do this stuff myself, but the prediction are vague, they often circulate by email so that it is tough to assemble a complete list, and the physical mechanism is implausible. None of this is fatal, but it is also disturbing that they do not collaborate to install the equipment that would more definitively show what their signals represent. It is tricky, because the greater technology present in other countries complicates reproducing their studies elsewhere, for example bullet trains in Japan (if I remember right) may mask possible precursory signals. I haven't heard from VAN recently, are they still issuing predictions?
