Hi Chris. I e-mailed Roger the NEIC quake list for all quakes over M>3.0. There were 14,064 from 1973 to 2003. It covers all of California and most of Nevada. I could post them, but a large amount of bandwidth would be used. As it is I’m not sure if Roger will be able to open it as it may exceed the amount of MB he can receive. The other problem is that there are a lot of quakes there that are aftershocks of a much larger quake. I didn’t account for those. Putting in the epicenter of the large quake then use a circle search for quakes of M>3.0 and larger in the area of the large quake you would be able to see those so you could remove them from the list.
