EQF; I don't see any reference to earthquake pairs and if you are talking about your D-1 and D-2 sections, I think they have both been examined before. You have the same problem as all triggeroing theories; it depends on the stress state of the fault. So the trugger can happen innumerable times with no quake and the quake will happen without the trigger if it's ready. As a result, the false alarm rate kills you.
