I made a change to the message area form size - this is only a test...

PS: (this part ot a test) - I'd prefer links went into the Optional URL Link & URL Title area of the form. This way they open a new window and don't 'leave' the board area...I also find it more convenient to ahev it open a new window, so I don't lose my place on the old one...
