Web site is finally ready

My main Web site has now been updated with the information which was presented at that conference in China in late December as well as Wave Chart data for the years 1990 through the end of 2005. More details will probably be made available during the coming week including explaining why I feel the effort is so important.

This involved an incredible amount of work. Just getting the pages formatted with the right html code was a major project. I still have to run an accuracy check to make certain that everything uploaded properly and that all of the text reads the way it should. That should be finished in a day or two.
