The trends in proton and electron flux have continued, in opposite directions, and if the report from Red Puma is correct, there was a 6.0M quake in Bolivia overnight. That is a HIT!

I don't know why you are hesitant about big quake suppression. That occurred after the October 30 storm, but maybe one needs to define a usual period for suppression, depending on the storm.

Regarding polar reversal and electron storm effect, I know that www.spaceweather.com fairly regularly reports the way the polarity affects geomagnetic storms.

The dam may be bursting for the expected big quakes from last weekend's closest perigee of the year.
