EQF That New Britain quake has been downgraded to 6.4M, but at least it was posted on a USGS board. My left ear has been ringing on and off today, but I have not linked it to quakes. The Mars opposition was a big time for quakes, and the convergence of the new moon and close perigees of the moon clued me into a period of increased big quake activity. On my charts 2003 will be remembered as a big quake year, that is not yet over. Now that we are looking at solar proton and electron storms, I think we need to find thresholds for their activity and charts similar to DGD.txt and DSD.txt for archival study. Donald
