I have written a program to plot a cumulative graph of all quakes within 14 days of any quake of mag 7.5 or larger.

The dataset is a NEIC search of all quakes 6.5 or larger from 1973 thru 2002.

I can email this to anyone who wants it.

There are indeed peaks at or near the ring distances but they are not large.
