need FFA Dominican and Myanmar

The FFA map is still there, in an earlier thread. I'd like to see the FFA map for Dominican republic and for Myanmar, and for southern Siberia. Southern Siberia does not fall near a FFA rink of Hokaido. Actually, besides the 103-106 rings, I'm not sure what the other represent, and don't have an opinion as to whether there is anything to this-although maps that Roger posted for quakes before and after made it at least look like there was not a strong effect. But, a weak effect is still interesting-it just has to be demonstrated, and it has not been on these pages.
