Hi Cathryn... I think that's closer to San Diego and maybe Vancouver... It could be as far north as to involve the Garlock, but I don't think its further...

I guess I need to see if I can write a program to output some lat-long for better resolution on this...

On another note, Don might be able to help with this - this is a web site for that astronomer - I've been following him for at least 3 years now... the web site is all Janpanese, so I can't do much with it... Alta Vista does have a translater, I just haven't spent the time working it out...
