The window closed on 6/18/03 at midnight. Markleville is way out of the way and none of the other 3's are remotely close enough.

I think I can feel comfortable with the Tom's Place quake to be correct. However as to keeping the predicted radius down you can't really do that because if a quake is going to occur at the Geysers or so forth, you've got to note them.
