Hi EQF. You talk about theories a lot. The following is a definition of a theory. “A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.” To date you haven’t met the criteria set forth by the definition of a theory. You have never made a public prediction before the quake occurs. In other words you haven’t demonstrated that your program works by predicting a quake before it becomes fact. I cannot accept the statement that you have a prediction program that works until I can see it work. You have to prove that it works and the only way to do that is to make your predictions know before the quake occurs. If you can’t do that then you have a program that doesn’t work.
