Not that I am aware of - no hot springs, that is.
But NOAA has a hot springs locator, you might
want to check that. The swarm near Arvin looks very much like a new fault trying to open up - a little like that swarm near Spokane, WA last year. If nothing breaks right away, it will probably go away for a while and reappear from time to time. This swarm began around Dec. 16 and has been pretty much continuous since then, but several days in the past week have seen no activity at the M>2 range, so things may be quieting down.
