It sure looks like it. But it's awfully close, and events of Ml 3.0 have a way of being
downgraded to Ml 2.9 later, so unless Chris wants to declare a winner in the
contest, I'd suggest waiting for at least half a day for a firmer report on that one.

By the way, two light earthquakes in the San Fernando Valley today too, right
about where Don was expected increased activity.

Anyway, may I be the first to congratulate the winner, whoever that may be.
But this is Chris' contest, so he will decide.
