Yes, there are a great proportion of people that I talk to frequently that believe that we won't have another big one for awhile. It's partly because they aren't aware of the affect of stress being relieved in some areas, but increasing in others. They are also under the impression that big ones don't happen close together in time. I try to do my best at explaining what I think is going on, but there are alot of people who have their own ideas about it and never get access to the truth about what is happening. All the more reason to be prepared and maybe think about having a way to protect your supplies if necessary.
