Re: Ear tones and Plagiarism?

Hello EDG,

Let us be clear about what plagiarism is, so everyone can understand it refers to more than the written word. According to New Websters Dictionary it means the following:

The appropriating and putting forth as one's own, the ideas, language or desgins of another; something appropriated and put forth in this manner.

So let us cut to the chase here and put it all down in the written form so you as well as anyone else reading this message can understand this in as plain an English as is possible.

As you will note, my name is listed above this message and all messages posted to this board by me. Any forecasts warnings or opinions regarding my ear tones as solely my own. They are not to be used by anyone else, for any purpose without my consent by the written word and my signature affixed thereto.

For whatever reason you have chosen, you do not at any time use your name, you do not state from whence you came, or where you are. Yet, you state that you send messages all around the globe with information from some source and state that possible earthquakes may occur.

A person is only as good as their word. But who has a word if they do not possess a name? Credibiity is a crucial part of earthquake forecasting or prediction and if you don't have a name, then you can't possibly have any credibility. I would suggest even if you wish to use another name, get a name by whatever means possible, find an address and use that as well.

As for me, I can see the handwriting on the wall. There are to many people out there who wish to hop on someone's band wagon and they aren't going to hop on mine. So to hell with this game, I'm going to publish the ear tone theory, my way and then I can take credit for what is rightfully mine, the way I see it. Don't offer to help, please. I have more connections in the science community than you could ever begin to imagine.

I'll do my thing my way and you can do you thing your way, but I better not see you borrow any of my material. I hope that is as clear as the nose on your face in the mirror!
