That seems to be a good idea Petra but very time consuming. I may have to try it though as the cats ages are 11 years, 2 years and 4 months. The 2 year old has seen one christmas tree, the 4 month old should have a delightful time much to my expense and the 11 year old doesn't care much.

I think we'll be getting that tree next weekend and we'll see how no ribbons works - I can always add the ties! I have put my foot down at tinsel though - they like to eat it and I don't think its all that good for them besides being messy to catch on the way out.
