Re: For Billion |
Ughh, stuff oozing out of a head is never good! Glad your cat's ok now. Our hearts were breaking for Max as he struggled to eat Thanksgiving dinner. It's funny, we can never get him to eat, and then after tearing a hole in the roof of his mouth he suddenly wants to eat everything. I gave him a big glass of ice water, and the cycle began: Bite of food, cry, drink of water, repeat. I was crying with him every time. The ER doctor told us he couldn't sew it up due to the location, and that it would be painful for the next 10 days while it healed. Max woke up the morning after it happened, and it didn't bother him at all. Nothing. He even ate pizza with us Friday night. So, all's well that ends well. At least he seems to have a better understanding of why we tell him not to run with a stick, or stick anything sharp in his mouth!
