Getting a little freaked out here...

Someone please help me understand why the quakes around mag 6 in both China and England aren't being listed in the online earthquake databases, and why there isn't any news about the events.
The one article I found on China mentioned that 3,400 buildings had been leveled and only 1 person killed, which seem's a bit unrealistic.
