Yes...that was noticed. It looks like a work in progress and scoring methods do vary as well.

I found it interesting that there have only been 37 quakes in this range in about 30 years in this area (1 every 295 days on average).

It is interesting that such a prediction was made within about 40 days or so of the event given the long interval between such events. True though...many would score this prediction in and of itself close to a D/F.
