OK.... doing some of my own calculations... ANSS catalog 1-Jan-1980 to 6-Oct-2013 Found 1261 events. 12333 day span. That's 12330 three day windows. That's 1261/12330 = .102262590219771 So that's about a 10% chance on any given 3 day span assuming a Gaussian distribution. I have not yet calculated actual hits given the database.
