It's probably hard for non programmers to understand. Computers do EXACTLY what you tell them to do. "Bugs" are simply programmer's mistakes. Programming languages are diabolically pedantic. It is a skill that is difficult to truly mastered. A programmer is constantly learning, constantly increasing their skills.
