Shan, you were correct on the location and it was within the range of dates you gave. It was small on the magnitude (5.5 instead of 6 to 7). So, was not failure in all sense although Roger would likely count it as a miss, and it is difficult for me to casually say whether it is a significant prediction. The new USGS page has a "historic seismicity" option and it is the only quake (probably of 4.5 or larger) in "current year", but there is a lot of seismicity "since 1990".
