Your "Probability Forecasters" voice is much stronger with their comfortable position and support and they do nothing than issuing such kind of estimations and simply escape, but the "Real Forecaster's" who will inform of imminent danger in advance facing immediate strong criticism needs much more support/facilities and but actually they are in road. Also the "Probability Forecasters" never mind the "Real Forecasters" since they are close to the Govt. That's the problem Roger.
